🍁 Happy Fall Ya’ll! 🍁
Here we are again reaping the benefits of a bountiful fall harvest and gearing up for the holiday season. As we get closer to the holidays you know what that means: time to submit orders for Kilgus Farmstead holiday goodies.
We hope that this year’s fall newsletter finds you and your loved ones excited to gather, give thanks, and be merry!
Holiday Meat & Cheese Baskets and Frozen Meat Bundles
Give the gift of Kilgus Farmstead meat to your favorite meat lovers this year. We have a variety of cured meat and cheese baskets or frozen meat bundles for you to choose from. Our meat bundles range from hamburger and brats for grilling to beef and pork roasts for crock pots. We’ve got a great selection to choose from.
You can also build your own combination of beef and pork cuts, and we’ll be happy to mix and match to meet your needs as supply allows. The possibilities are endless!
Baskets and bundles range from $30 – $150, depending on what combination of products you choose. Supply is limited so make sure to place your order sooner than later.
Orders must be received by December 15th to be ready before Christmas 🎄
You can either call us or complete a order inquiry form on our website.
Beef House Yeast Rolls
‘Tis the season to preorder the famously delicious beef house rolls made by the Beef House Restaurant!
The rolls are frozen, packaged by the dozen, and sold for $13. We will have a very limited supply available so make sure to reserve your rolls by the following dates:
🦃 Thanksgiving preorder deadline is November 5th
🎄 Christmas preorder deadline is December 3rd
While we try to keep rolls in stock at our Country Store, due to their popularity we frequently run out. If you don’t submit an order by the above deadlines in-store availability is on a first-come first-serve basis.
You can either call us or complete a preorder form on our website.
Also, keep in mind that the rolls take a day to rise before baking, so plan accordingly for your holiday meals. They’re worth the effort and the wait!

Recipe Feature: 7 Layer Salad
Are you in charge of the salad greens for the holiday get-together this year? Spice it up with our take on the famous seven-layer salad. Using fresh ingredients like Kilgus Farmstead bacon and Deerland Dairy or Yobul Bulgarian Yogurt (both of which use our Kilgus Farmstead Jersey milk), it’s bound to be a hit and it tastes just as good as it looks too!
