Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue working with the Illinois Department of Public Health and the CDC during the ongoing investigation involving raw milk. This form is for customers who purchased raw milk purchased in person from the Kilgus Farmstead Country Store between dates of November 4, 2025 and November 20, 2025
Refunds will be issued in the form of a Kilgus Farmstead e-gift card in the amounts of:
- $5 per gallon
- $3.50 per half-gallon
Refunds are processed as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 4 weeks.
This form is only for refund requests related to raw milk purchased during the affected dates. Additional information about the investigation is available through IDPH
