Jersey Beef

Jersey cows, originally valued for milk quality, are respected by chefs and food enthusiasts for their flavor and health benefits. With healthier fats and modestly sized cuts due to smaller, leaner steers, it’s an ideal choice for health-conscious consumers. Chefs using Kilgus Farmstead beef praise it for its superior taste, texture, and tenderness. Many customers consider it the best and only freezer beef to keep on hand!

Berkshire Pork

Berkshire pork is prized for its distinctive flavor and abundant marbling, with a deep crimson hue reflecting its optimal pH level for quality. This heritage breed produces incredibly tender and delicious pork. Professional chefs, including those in Chicago, Illinois, love its versatility and rich flavor.
